All carriers must check in no later than 4:00PM on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, with standard ground service at the exhibitor's expense.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are:

Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 3:00PM.

Freight received at the advance warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.
